Terrible Customer Service
Customer Service is NONEXISTENT! I placed an order for a holiday fruitcake and a few small bags of dried fruit arrived. I have tried for over two weeks to correct but it is impossible to reach anyone by phone and the 'live chat' on the website is neither live nor a chat (you basically submit an email that falls into an abyss). Contacting Customer Service via e-mail address on their website is no better - it either gets no response or an auto-generated message that has nothing to do with the issue or attempts to resolve the problem. I'm usually patient and sympathetic but using the holidays and COVID as an excuse is no longer acceptable. I just wanted the fruitcake shipped. Now I need to dispute it via the credit card company. They've lost my business forever.
