Excellent service to sort out my Solar Savings account.
Having had solar panels installed by JPS last year, I signed up to Good Energy Solar Savings tariff. I think it is fair to say that this tariff was not quite ready for market last year and I built up a large notional credit that couldn't be paid. The tariff is now fixed and Gina at Good Energy has been excellent at sorting out the credit refund and suggesting a variable direct debit where I only pay the net balance each month. I am now looking forward to a low-cost summer - as long as the sun keeps shining !
