Purchase of Leasehold New Development
I opted to use PLS as recommended by PJ Livesey the developers for my apartment. I had never bought new or leaehold before, so made sense to use a solicitor who was familiar with the development. The completion date was delayed, but this was not due to PLS. Charlotte Hawkins was very efficient, & responsive to emails. It was a different experience to using my local solicitor, no face to face meetings etc but business was carried out very professionally, securely and using modern ways of commnication and signing made life very easy for me.
