Excellent course for all levels of experience
This was an excellent course with clear and engaging content and helpful instructors. Even though I have been involved with digital marketing for years, the field in always changing and I learned a ton of new things. The weekly hands-on assignments were particularly helpful in making sure the information stuck. I made sure to download and save every document, study guide, article, and link provided to create my own manual for future reference. The more interactive aspects of the course, including active participation on Slack and the weekly live sessions are optional. Due to time limitations, I personally didn't utilize them much, but I think someone who is brand new to digital marketing would get a lot out of them in terms of learning and also making connections. I think the estimate of 6-8 hours a week is pretty accurate, however, when it comes to preparing for and taking the three required certification exams, you will need additional time. Particularly the Google Analytics exam was very difficult and I don't know how anyone could pass it unless they are already using GA4 regularly and/or if they take the Google-provided course before the exam. So allow a few extra hours for that module/exam.
