The only reason this is getting one…

UPDATE: so Routes has commented below that I should just contact them to resolve this however I've done so multiple time as well as dealing with Expedia. Routes says call Expedia so Expedia contacts routes to approve a refund for the car that I rented and paid for on Aug 10th that routes was unable to supply due to having no cars available when I tried to pick mine up. The reply from Routes was: Dear Customer,​ After reviewing your request, our concern team confirmed that there is no refund for unused days. As per our policy, prepaid reservations are non-refundable.a Thanks & Regards, Cristiano R CTI0190 Customer Care Specialist |Routes Car Rentals These UNUSED days they are speaking of is the first day of my 10 car rental. the day they didn't have a car "that I already paid for" so I had to pay $90 in Ubers to get to my hotel that day and an Uber back the next morning when there was a car available. Why would anyone ever pay for an Uber when they are paying for a rental they're unable to supply the customer. I even called back later in the afternoon at almost 4pm and was informed still no cars call back at 7am. I have the screenshots to prove the phone calls yet I feel like I am still being told basically that I'm lying and chose to not pick up the car that day after a 5 hour flight and waiting 40 minutes for their shuttle that never came. However when I called as soon as I got to the shuttle pick up stop they never informed me there were no vehicles. I guess they were just planning to let us sit there all day? So begins my story of paying for an Uber. Twice.. The only reason this is getting one start is because it's the only way it will let me save the review. Flew into Calgary Aug 10th and attempted to pick up my rental car from 10th to 20th to be told there are no vehicles available for me and to call back the next morning at 7am.....for the car I rented and already paid for when I booked it. I asked for a refund for the first day since they weren't able to provide me with a car and they denied the refund stating "there is no refund for unused days".....the day THEY couldn't provide me with a car I already paid for. What a joke! I had to pay for an Uber to and from hotel and back the next morning. So $90 in Ubers and a day of rental for a car that they couldn't supply me. lol! Wow great service. Don't even try to speak to a human to try and resolve this because it won't happen and a complete run around. You have no voice and they have all the power to keep your money for something they couldn't supply you. Criminal really
