Unprofessional and incompetent company
Unprofessional and incompetent company. They are only interested in your money and even if you are a good tenant they will kick you out with a section 21 notice to increase the rent and get an other tenant. This company has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, they have been harassing me for a rent that was already paid and they are now asking me for more money to clean an apartment that I left absolutely clean. Don’t rent an apartment with them they are the worse in Manchester. They have no soul whatsoever and they will harass you even if they are wrong. This people are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed of theirselves for kicking people out their houses with this financial crisis and this cold. Especially Katie and Gabriel.
