Ordered some items and then 3 days…

Ordered some items and then 3 days later got told that they did not have them in stock but then checking there website it is still saying in stock and then charged me £4.95 for net day delivery which was not and then all they sent was a freebie they canceled my order so I have asked for the postage back as this is not my mistake they don't seem to have the staff that can do there job as if a site says in stock means they are in the warehouse
