2 tills, 1 staffed. Queue horrendous
Website worked. Product great. But the queuing in the shop to collect it was ls awful. The queue was almost out the door. And took 35 minutes to get served. There were 2 till and just one man serving. He wasn’t just serving he was helping people decide what they wanted. He had to fetch the product from the warehouse. Take returns back to the warehouse. Someone asked him where the others were and he said they weren’t allowed to help - plenty of staff milling around chatting and working on the computers in the back office and in the warehouse. When I left the queue was twice as long as when I got there. The guy was brilliant but surely he needs help.
