(Updated) Bitdefender Concerns
It never tells you when a microphone or camera is activated by an app, and worse there's no ability to stop it. KASPERSKY DOES THIS. My users went to some online games sites, which I assume folks made so hackers can get IP addresses to break in. TWICE, i got malware and what did BitDefender do? NOTHING! I got a hot mic running and there's no way to stop whatever the process is from running. Bitdefender for managing children - A JOKE. The management panel, A JOKE. Once an exception is added, there's no way to edit it. (Except to delete.) If you have multiple users, no way to copy so A LOT OF POINT AND CLICK. I've jumped through hoops with BD support. I am going to investigate their response and respond.
