Efficient and friendly staff
Picked up at Palermo and dropped off at Catania. Efficient and friendly staff at both places. The car was a Lancia Ypsilon of the group ordered and suited us very well. Only criticism is that signposting for Goldcar drop off at Catania is very patchy. I think it is the same place as some other firms who have better signs so you might want to ask which ones and follow their signs.
