CS Miel is a total boss
CS Miel is a total boss. Despite a massive pile of issues, and despite picking up where another tech left off, CS Miel made sure i was making calls before they let me go. My previous provider tried every way possible to not spend time with me working on these issues, and had my zip incorrect in their records which caused number porting issues. Not a problem for CS Miel! even after account errors on my part and website issues i couldnt explain, they stuck it out, and made the problems go away. I saw the 5g logo on my phone for the first time today, and i have full bars in the middle of nowhere. I would have liked to not have had any issues at all, but though i did have a pile of issues, CS Miel crushed them with skill, and stayed pro the whole time. Promote this person and raise their pay IMMEDIATELY. Thank you for reading.
