Can't book a flight - site down for months.

The site to book a flight has been done for months. I wish Frontier could use a different service than id90.

Run -

I purchased cancellation insurance and ended up being hospitalized. I sent proof of my hospitalization. And have been force to beg for my refund. I have emailed and called Celebrity numerous times - they have been totally ignored. They are not the "Best Premium Cruise Line" - they claim to be! On the positive side, they serve delicious French Onion Soup" It's not so good that I would subject myself to a cruise with them to get a bowl of it.
