Ashbourne Management - Poor Customer Service and Inflexible Policies
I recently had a frustrating experience with Ashbourne Management, the company handling my gym membership. After trying to reach out to them with some concerns and a request to cancel my membership, I was deeply disappointed by their response. I spoke with Jemma, a representative from Ashbourne, who didn't even bother to hear my concerns or assist with my request. This lack of attention to customer needs is unacceptable for a company managing gym memberships. The gym itself has numerous issues: Outdated equipment: The weights and machines seem to be from the 1970s, rusty and worn out. Poor hygiene: The toilets are old and in a disgusting state. Overcrowding: The gym is often full of people not actually working out, just occupying equipment. Overpriced: Given the subpar facilities, the membership fees are far too high. Ashbourne's inflexibility and poor communication only compound these problems. Their unwillingness to listen to member concerns or assist with cancellation requests is frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using any gym managed by Ashbourne. There are much better options available that offer modern equipment, clean facilities, and most importantly, responsive customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your fitness needs.
