Speaking to an actual human being is great

I wanted to speak to someone because my account was in credit and the website directed me to customer services to request a refund. I've always found Good Energy great to deal with, you don't find yourself hanging on for ages waiting for your call to be answered and you feel that you are talking to a real human being - which makes a nice change from so many services nowadays. McClean was no exception - friendly and professional he quickly checked the account and actioned a refund. He also recognised that I could reduce my monthly direct debit which was a bonus! I really appreciated that it was close to their telephone lines closing on a hot Friday afternoon but I didn't feel at all as though I was being rushed and he even laughed at my attempts at humour - which I'd give an extra star for if I could.
