I can see why this company has a sub 3 star review on average. Disgusting customer service No attempt to contact the customer when payments are missed prior to escalation to debt collectors, no care about hardships the customer may be experiencing and no willingness to accept accountability after the fact. They do not wish to help the customer, only take their money and will not assist when required. escalated to a debt collector in less than a month with no attempted contact to the customer when they have your phone number on record.
