Jenipher was absolutely amazing and helped make a terrible situation so much better!!! She had some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time and communicated very well! The pep boys i got my car towed to originally (by a different tow company) was awful snd lost my key and didn’t tell me before i sent a tow to them. She was very patient and kind with helping to find the best possibly priced tow for us. Thank you Jenipher!
