Not a place to order for occasions
We are highly disappointed with the delivery. The cake did not match even 50% of what is in the website. The overall theme turned bad, even including the small shapes on the cake. We clearly provided in instructions that it is a theme birthday for our daughter and she was very upset at the party. We specifically mentioned that we do not want the Happy Birthday message on top, but it is clearly ignored. Even the greeting message was not sent by us. They created their own message and the message we sent was written in paper as in the attached picture. This is the worst experience ever, spoiling our special day. We had similar experience last time as well, but we still ordered as mistakes can happen sometimes. It's time for us to look for a new baking place.
