Multiple bad experiences.

Have now had multiple bad experiences with Newton. They did not respond to emails and calls when our communal door lock was broken. This led to our flat being broken into. ***Please note the door was broken on the 1st March. On the 2nd March, I called the office and was advised I would be called back by our property manager. I was not called back. I emailed on the 4th March, and the door was not fixed til the 10th of March and this is the date we were broken into. I can see that our property manager has not been giving the facts to the customer service team replying to these reviews. If they would like to contact me directly I can show them all the proof of contact I have made with the office. *** I had hoped that we would see an improvement in the service from them after this devastating event but there has not been any significant change. Emails are now replied to at least, however we have repeatedly asked to be informed prior to works commencing in the communal hallways and this is not being done at all. I have had to contact and ask and then we are informed after the fact. We have also had issues with bad work being done by contractors. All in all it has been a terrible experience with Newton and there has been nothing but half hearted apologies and false promises to do better. The reply I have received below is inaccurate, and I would note I have made clear to our property manager that I am unhappy with the service, nothing has changed. I am concerned to see that he has passed on false information about when things have been completed. My last resort to hoping things would change was positing this review, but sadly no responsibility is being taken by Newton. *2nd update, 22nd June; After providing any and all relevant information which shows the timeline of events to my property manager, a senior manager, and the review team, Newton are unwilling to engage or respond to me any further. I had hoped to resolve this with them however they seem to think ignoring the issues is the best way forward, despite the serious issues which have happened thanks to their inaction. They are not even willing to try to deny the information I have provided, simply refusing to engage. My review concerns the Aberdeen office.
