Auto Renew, funny how the forget to remind you of it.
Auto Renew. !!!!! you know that thing you will have forgotten all about. Well, My deal did not end till 29th April 2025, for the past 6 weeks a bombardment of emails prompting, pleading, cajoling me to renew. Every time the offers were different with slightly differing pricing and structures. Well, I am/was in the middle of upgrading lots of my tech so maybe I end up with more devoices maybe not but was waiting till I was ready to get exactly what I wanted/needed. Except this morning BOOM auto renew and at FULL prices +. Auto Renew The one thing that was NEVER highlighted to remind me during the email bombardment. Funny that. IF you really must use Bitdefender be aware of the sly slight of "AI" hand that is in play. Bitdefender you just ruined a long standing customer's faith in you as a company. Shame On You. Update following response: I am sorry but we people out in the real world The Multiple App Jugglers" have a hard enough time remembering what day it is never mind every detail of every little detail . WHY is it so hard to mention during the multiple email "reminder" bombardment THAT despite the end date for the subscription being "X" auto renew will trigger at X minus 14 days. I had a calendar warning set for 7 days before "X" so it gave me time to sort things, Bitdefender decided otherwise. !! Not Acceptable
