Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Received a bill in March for 1252.00. My usual bills are approx 250.00. I was advised that my bill has been estimated since 2019 even though I have submitted numerous metre readings in this time but no record of them. I was advised to turn off everything for at least four hours and check the metre before & after this period. Was due a callback the following day. No one has called since, spent 50 minutes on the phone this evening going around in circles, I felt like I was talking to a robot. No one is willing to help, answer an email or call back. I'm at a loss as to where to go from here. The worst I have ever dealt with.
