I had booked a Halfords mobile tyre fitting. I waited in all day and called the helpline as it had been marked complete. I was told that the van was on its way back to their depot as they were behind on jobs and couldn’t come to me or even come the next day. No one informed me of this as I had to take time off work and could have gone elsewhere
