Canceled insurance without notice
Canceled insurance without notice due to bank non-payment. Had I been notified in a timely manner that they had not received the payment from the mortgage bank, I would've straightened things out. I'm sure that violates some sort of proper practices policies. Will file a complaint with the state. Would not recommend. The reviews are true. I was hesitant to go with them in the first place but my agent assured me they were ok, which they are not. Response: directly from your email.
