Switched from Octopus to Rebel Energy - no regrets
Switched from Octopus 'award winning customer service' to Rebel Energy in January. The reason for switching was Octopus' customer service was so poor. In contrast, so far, Rebel Energy answer the phone quickly, speak good clear English and have been very professional. We had a question about our direct debit which was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. We also like the fact the the standing charges with Rebel Energy are way lower that other suppliers. As low energy users this is important to us.
