There are many reasons why I would rate as 1 star, but the latest being that we didn't have ac for 83 days. We were told by Great Jones that they would not fix it and we have to wait for the owners approval. I called every day (we live in Florida. the temp was near 90 in the home). I explained and sent in paperwork showing I have a heart condition where I cannot be overheated. They said "unfortunately, we still have to wait for the owners approval." So... after 2 1/2 months of the "owner not responding to the request," I found a way to reach the owner myself. Turns out that the owner was NEVER contacted by Great Jones. He didn't know the AC wasn't working. After he found out about it, it was fixed the very next day. We went around Great Jones. I never told Great Jones that it was repaired by the owner, and to this day (months later) they never called to schedule to repair it or check to see if we got it working.
