Cannot recommend them enough! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the right recumbent bike for my specific needs. The staff is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Yes, it costs more than buying online, but the personalized service and ongoing support make it worthwhile. Will definitely be back for maintenance and upgrades.
