Appalling Service
As a previous customer of Richard Kendall (Both buying and selling), I have seen an enormous change in the way that they deal with people. When trying to purchase a property no one calls you back and the whole experience is very frustrating.The lady I dealt with 'Lucy' was in my opinion condescending and abrupt.(This is the second call on two different properties with the same sales agent, and the same bad customer service was received) I found myself almost arguing with her until I pointed out that I also had a property to sell at which point her telephone manner changed. Needless to say I have decided to sell my property through another agent, which will give me peace of mind that another prospective customer won't have the same experience as me. Richard Kendall you need to observe how your staff are speaking to customers
