I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this firm. Four years ago, I entrusted them to handle a straightforward Land Registry matter, which they took payment for at the time. The registration was only finally processed in February of this year—an unacceptable delay for something that should have been resolved promptly. Confirmation from land registry office was that the application only got submitted on 19/02/2025 by PLS. As a direct result of this negligence, we are now facing serious complications with the sale of our house. The sale process has been forced to pause entirely because the registration was not completed in a timely manner. This has caused significant stress and financial uncertainty for my family. I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly caution others to consider this experience before instructing this firm.
