I would avoid. When I moved house, I informed them and paid off my outstanding balance (so I thought). 7 months later I get a threatening letter saying I hadn't paid my bill. This has taken 5 phone calls to sort out, and it took over a month to get a summary of charges. The outstanding balance was £23.10! In return they have lost my business. When I expressed this today to the lady on the phone she just ignored me and took payment. Poor customer care. I'll go elsewhere.
