Customer service is really amazing
Customer service is really amazing, responsive, and hard-working. I'm going through an incredible hard time, with losing my mum recently, and the switching of the accounts to myself with Good Energy was so pleasant and made the whole experience a lot less painful. Really appreciate the people I have spoken to so far, and how hard they work to make things easier for you. I was stopped by an energy provider salesman outside of a shop, and while I thought we were just looking at what they provide. They started switching me over. I'm still struck with grief as it's not been long since my mum died and I was preparing to sort out her funeral, so I wasn't sure what happened until it was too late. The customer service of Good Energy were amazing at addressing this issue and attempting to stop the switch as well as helping me sort out some account details I hadn't fully addressed. Highly recommend.
