Hi thankyou for replying to my review . My postcode is BB7 2QW . My issue was with first contact to arrange an engineer found him rude and offhand . The engineer was very polite and courteous . The quote was very expensive and the aerial the lady who gave us a quote recommended was the most expensive aerial ( we now have one 1/2 the price and works excellent)! The quote was high that is why we got an alternative quote . The review is for feedback and I don’t expect a reply . Thankyou
