This company not kind

their service not good. They put sticker without our permission. it's saying bean card shop name on side door. I told why do this. They said it's service. it's not say a service for someone not want. they start saying I'm harassing them. They are harassing me with their strange response. I not recommend this company at all also i don't know who responded to my questions. never tell me name. they know my name, though. the car pictures on web site which i bought didn't have stickers. why sent different car? your customer support said it's exactly same car. just take off stickers if I don't want to. It's just sticker !! It will take a time for remove stickers. also we already paid the car and why you can do put stickers without our permission? keep telling that is a service. without asking us you want stickers ? or can put stickers if we want. never ask and just did. then I'm harassing, because I told that is a lie. not same car because different with pictures. also the person started to blame Japanese. it's problem of Japanese society. ??? started to act the person is victim of my harassment? I just wanted a correct answer who did this or who think this is a good service? switched a topic. I didn't angry If this person answer nicely to my questions, but what is the point your service ( if really you think this is a great service which customer will appreciate?) Who wants stickers Tofu shop Fujita? We are not own Tofu shop in USA. I told can I speak someone else. this person wrote don't buy any car from them any more. ok. I understand no more. just so rude after I paid. they were super kind before buying the car ( only communicated with messages, but could tell differences and I was telling to everyone they are super nice and so easy to deal. super kind and I was glad I bought from them..etc.. maybe different people after I paid. my experience is down to the bottom from this person's response) I never had this bad experience for shopping paid over $10 thousands
