Customer service is tops! ANY problem with a wine is immediately taken care of. And I've been super happy with 90%+ of my orders. Thanks Agent Shiraz! NOTE: After three days open, the wine I was disappointed in finally started to open up tonight. But that's asking a lot of the buyer/drinker. Thanks again for your assistance.
