Caroline Newton excellent service
We was recommended PLS from the New Homes Group to purchase our house having had an average experience with our sales Solicitor and I have to say Caroline Newton was amazing. Very easy to communicate with and was very efficient with the whole process. I would certainly recommend her. We managed to exchange within 5 weeks and completed within the 9 weeks we targeted. If there was anything I think could have been better was if the solicitor spoke to the client at the start to lay out the process and what the client needs to do like sorting the mortgage and survey out. This wasn’t a problem for us as I was organised and knew what to do. First class service from Caroline from PLS and hopefully I won’t need her services again as I don’t intend moving especially with extortionate stamp duty costs.
