I’ve been a customer of Wine Spies for a little over two months now and my experience has been wonderful so far. Recently, I’ve contacted your Customer Service Department regarding my lockers and the ability to hold my wine for future delivery for the summer heat, and Agent Blanc went above and beyond to assist me with my needs! I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and for the prompt responses. It really made a difference on the shopping experience and the ability to purchase quality wine at a great price! Again, thank you Agent Blanc for the exceptional service you’ve provided.
