Great from start to finish
From start to finish, communication was fast, friendly and clear. As a first time buyer, PLS guided me through every step and were very efficient. Caroline was lovely to deal with and made me feel like no question I asked was stupid. Only niggle was their app doesn't work very well - use the website instead and there's no issues!
