Worse than I could ever have imagined
Edit: The fact that Great Jones replied to this over two years later says everything that needs to be said really. Their website claims "Honest Pricing No Secrets" We had a tenant move out. They said that there was a $200 charge to cover administrative work when the tenant moved out. We said that it wasn't in the contract. They said that they changed the contract whenever they wanted. The tenant did a good job cleaning, but had agreed to pay for some things. They said that they were keeping the full security deposit, but they were just keeping it, we needed to pay out of pocket for all the repairs. Their website claims "No More Chasing Your Manager" All you have to do is call their phone number, go through 3 different menus, talk to an answering service, they will transfer you to the local office, where you go through 2 more menus, then talk to another answering service who will give your property manager a message. We had a contractor working there, a Great Jones employee went into the property and took personal possessions of the contractor, removed them from the property without authorization or informing us. They damaged them irreparably before returning them. They will take no responsibility, or even cooperate with the police investigation.
