Terrible return service no refund
Terrible return service. After returning my products on the 10th March and Post Nord confirming ASICS had received it on the 12th March, I'm still waiting for my full refund. I write to them on the 24th, finally received partial refund of I've of the returned products but no information or acknowledgement about the other returned items. I'm owed over 2000kr and I think it is unreasonable not to have refunded the full amount by the 3rd week when most companies do it with in 3-5 days and without any explanation or apology. They claim to have a free return service but it stinks since they forget to actually refund your money or acknowledge that you even exist as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM ASICS direct, get your ASICS from other retailers!!
