Abusive agent
If you are a tenant, run. - Carefully check your checkin inventory report, as the partner they use is extremely casual in the checkin but super detailed in checkout. I am glad I did take pictures and asked for revise when I moved in, otherwise they are gonna to charge me for the inferior quality that the property originally is. - They may boast that they manage the property you are going to rent. It might be another red flag as well. On average it took me 3 emails to get them response to any requests. I asked for a repair for an item upon moved in, and I only got the repair done 7 months later. - Poor and rude communication. They tried all the way to force you signing a renewal since they could get commission. Rent is their only interest, and they only see landlord as their client as they couldn't care less for the tenant. The only way I know they want to end the contract is by receiving endless email/ phone calls and even whats app message to request viewing of the property from them. - Abusive behaviour. They brought more than 5 parties of people in a day, and most of the notice is within 24 hours. I have whatsapp message sent to me 3pm and asking for viewing at 5pm in the same day. - No respect to tenant. Besides constantly bringing endless people to view the property, they completely ignore some basic manner. Touching property everywhere, opening your wardrobe, cabinet and left it open, "testing" light by switching on and off and mostly left it on, also used you as free consultant asking you where is the washing machine etc as they know nothing about the property. Btw they also don't bother to wear masks and having hand sanitizer during viewing either. - Providing you misleading information and tried to put you in a bad position. When you are in contact with them please must keep everything in written, cause they would even deny things they've written and trying to make you to pay for their failure. - I've informed them about my moved out date while they never bother to inform me when is the checkout inventory, neither did I hear anything about deposit return. I have to chase them endlessly. Good luck with them.
