Worst company around - DO NOT USE
Ordered and paid for expedited delivery (Wed). Called 2 days later (Fri) to chase to be told I would get a callback. This did not happen. Monday morning I cancelled due to poor customer service and requested a refund. Three hours after I cancelled they advised by email that they would not be able to fulfil my subscription, and refunded me minus £5 and are now directing me to their terms and conditions. I cancelled because they were in breach of contract. I should not have to pay for that. Update: Why do business with a company that hides behind its small print? Nothing in the ordering process identified the prescription charge (£5) Explicitly from the product order page: "All inclusive service No hidden costs " "Free Tracked Delivery No hidden costs" "Includes FREE Prescription Via our FREE online consultation"
