The upload speed is very good, as it uses 100% of my upload bandwidth. I live in Italy and from their server IP I can see that my data are stored in Ireland, which assures me that the IDrive service is also GDPR compliant. I've contacted once their support service by email and in less than 24 hours I've got their reply. And finally the price: nobody else in this market has offered me 5TB of cloud storage with unlimited file size at such convenient prices.
