Online help was not good.
Your automated help line was no help at all. If nothing else, it just added to my frustration. Rather than having to deal with that again I will now have to reach out to the store on Monday where I purchased the phone to see if they can help. I have been with Verizon for 25 years and have had excellent online help whenever I needed it. I have been wanting to try another service to see if I might want to move my 5 phones to another provider. I was going to add a second line to my Boost account, but that's not going to happen now that I recognize the type of service I can expect to get from Boost. I'll just stay where I am with Verizon and not plan on adding any additional lines to my single line Boost account.
