Worst lettings company I have dealt with, late for the viewing so I was left waiting outside in the rain and did not advise the flat was covered in cladding works as the photo on their website also did not show this, the apartment was also in a bad condition. Finally today they decided to cancel my next viewing automatically without first contacting me with an alternative date and time
