I had raised few issues with my rental flat, Carl Tettey was extremely helpful and followed up with me on a weekly basis and provided update and assured me all issues will be resolved. He was very caring and he does actually care about the tenants. Carl is easy and friendly and he is quick to respond and easy to talk you.
