Very Helpful Second Time
I phoned in twice and the second time the person I spoke to was a lot more helpful and steered me through the various new fixed tariffs that were available to me. Tariffs seem a bit of a nightmare so some guidance was welcome. The person I spoke to was also able to merge my two accounts, SolarPV and Dual fuel so that I can access both of them.
