Order never sent to client (it's been 12 days)
I ordered a bottle of Champagne for a client (8/14), paid for the 2 day shipping, the champagne still has not been received and it's been 12 days. I called last week, spoke with Aaron about it, was told I would receive the express shipping refund, (just rec'd email today that I was getting a refund for the shipping, but have not actually received the refund)... I called today (8/26), spoke with Aaron asking why my client has still NOT received the champagne, he said he would call me back... I'm still waiting for the return call, and my client to receive their congratulatory champagne. I would like a straight answer, if Aaron doesn't know what happened, who does?!?! All I know is I bought a bottle of champs for my client and it hasn't been received. :(
