Great customer service experience.
I've been shopping at Wine Spies for the past five years, and love their selection of wines and overall attitude. Last week I had a great customer service experience that made me appreciate Wine Spies even more. I made a small mistake while ordering, which would have meant spending an extra $40 on shipping. I wrote an email to customer service, and the problem was immediately resolved by Agent Shiraz.
