delivery delayed and no replies
An expensive receiver X-trend ET 10000 was ordered on 01.10.2015 and it has not yet been delivered. Other deliveries by different German suppliers were completed in max. 6/7 working days. I received no reply to my complaint e-mails. This is far from respectful towards a customer! Badly impressed, I will never place any order to them.
