Horrible “Company”
A lot I can say about this “company” moved into the house 5/31/24 have had multiple issues with plumbing half of the electrical in the house did not work. They did not pick up my trash for 2 1/2 months even though they bill me for it. They charged a maintenance fee for a vendor to come out. I really don’t see how that’s my responsibility when I pay rent and the house was defective when I moved in. Now I have been calling since Thursday 8/29/24 Friday Saturday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and here it is Thursday still have heard nothing. I was Emailed and told by the property manager, Krystal That she would have to fit me in on her schedule and I only get a 15 minute slot to discuss my issues. 🧐 last time I checked you work for me I get as much time as I need to discuss your issues with your property. Done with these people. Going to court.
