I am currently with my wife and elderly mother at Warners in Studley Castle. The place and staff are very helpful however I would make the following points: This is the 3rd time of visiting in 12 months, whilst the food is acceptable its more like a good staff canteen/restaurant. It's all self service apart from the drinks and soup of the day. It means that your are forever walking around and cannot relax properly with you're fellow guests The main act doesn't start until 10 pm and this is far too late. Good standard though. There are 2 quizes on during the day with some shooting and archery. Not enough choice here particularly when it's raining. This place is more of a 2 star, I would say that this place is at a crossroads, does it compete with Cruises, Coach holidays or Butlins? It's a shame because it could be so good. We've made the best of it and I believe these comments to be fair. Stop cost cutting and short changing the customer. Much room for improvement! It should be about delighting the customers.
