I can't fault the engineers who set everything up, barring the router. My issue lie with the router, or rather the plug, not being user friendly. I have de quervains syndrome in both hands (similar to carpal tunnel, just it affects the wrist and thumbs). It came as a 2 pin plug, with an exchangeable 3 pin to slide in. The issue was trying to remove the 2 pin slider as there wasn't anything in the manual. Secondly it's a yellow cable and not blue that you sent, but the diagram shows a blue one. I'm tech savy, but it tested my patience. Maybe in future send the router with the engineer to set it up on the spot just like kcom do.
